A new piece of state of the art equipment for color center-based sensing has been installed: Funded by a DFG major instrumentation initiative (Spin-based quantum light microscopy), RPTU has received a fully integrated scanning NV magnetometer. We will employ the device to investigate nanoscale magnetism for various material systems and applications.
