02.-06. May 2022, St. Martin, Germany

We are planning for an on-site conference and are following closely the developments concerning the covid pandemic.
Foreign attendees should consult official information pages for entry requirements to Germany (e.g. at https://www.auswaertiges-amt.de/en/coronavirus/2317268). Note that special regulations are in place for some vaccines.
To observe the rules suggested by the health authorities all hotel rooms are booked only for single occupancy and the number of participants is limited. If you nevertheless want to share a room let us know.
It is planned to relax some of the Corona restrictions during spring but as of now only fully vaccinated attendees are allowed to participate. You will have to provide proof at the hotel check in. Attendees which do not have booster vaccination (3rd vaccination) must provide an official negative rapid test (not older than 24 h) at check in and are required to obtain a second official rapid test after 72 h. There are rapid testing facilities in the nearby village of Edenkoben. Since as of now only attendees with a booster vaccination are allowed in the main lecture hall, we would encourage everyone to obtain a booster vaccination before the meeting. For other attendees the talks will be transmitted to other lecture halls. Wearing medical masks is required for attending talks and poster sessions and some other activities, so please bring sufficient supply.
