Refund policy
Due to the refund policy of the conference hotel we cannot guarantee any refunds after March 31st and refunds will be decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the registration situation. Before this date the registration fee can be refunded at no extra costs except those charged by your credit card company until 14 days after the transfer. After that an additional 5 Euro handling fee will be charged by the local handling agency.
