Research group Physics and Technology of Nanostructures
Welcome to the webpages of the research group Prof. Oesterschulze of the Department of Physics.
Our work is concerned with the realization of nano-structures for different physical applications like nano-sensors and photonics. The goal is by selective use of conventional processes in the MEMS technology (Top-Bottom) and Self-Assembly techniques (Bottom-Up) to realize nanostructures.
