Interdisciplinary key qualifications should be acquired as part of the "soft skill" modules in the department's degree programs. These can be, for example: seminars on academic writing, presentation techniques, rhetoric, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, entrepreneurship, negotiation strategies, business and personnel management, basic economic knowledge, business and patent law, language courses, etc.
