Sabrina and Silvia have successfully finished their diploma theses recently. Sabrina's work focused on the experimental realization and theoretical description of a quantum mechanical Otto engine consisting of single cesium atoms. Silvia has characterized the temporal correlation properties of a dynamic disorder potential, using both optical measurements and a Bose-Einstein condensate. Sabrina and Silvia will soon start to work in the boson lab as PhD students. We wish you all the best for the future!
